Accepting the change of seats at 30,000 feet may seem the generous thing, but there is excellent reason why you should always say no, according to the air company inmates.
Many people reject the application for several reasons, which can often lead to dramatic and unscheduled entertainment during flight.
But a flight assistant now warns heart travelers who do not normally care about changing the potential chaos that can occur, as a result of the seat switch.
“Just be careful!”, Leanna Coy, a member of the Cabin crew, based in Connecticut, advised the title of his precautionary clip.
The title: “Why don’t you have to change the seats on the plane.”
“If the person he changes he does do something to act on the plane, this can be back on him,” Coy said to an audience of more than 19,000 Tiktok spectators.
The Skyway Savant explained that he was recently a passenger on a flight from United Airlines to Jordan, when a woman asked him to lose a hallway seat for the same accommodation in a different row.
“I am usually 100% absolutely against changing seats,” Coy said. “Your lack of planning should not constitute me to move.”
However, in effort of “not being ab – ch, for once,” he made the trade, only to be a bit of fear of the fear he had made a terrible mistake according to later.
“If this lady decides to go smoking in the bathroom or something, this could return -because my name will be in the manifesto,” he added that the concern made her “anxious” as the flight took off.
“Then I realized, I’m flying together,” he said. “If you know something about United Service, if you want to buy drinks or something, you must put your card in the app before time, which I have done before.”
Hang information about your debit card or credit card to the application of an airline usually grants customers the option of buying bonds by flight using a contactless payment. Instead of having to beat the plastic piece, purchases are loaded on the card connected to the passenger’s name and seat number.
“So I [said to] The flight assistant, “Hey, I just changed seat with someone but my card is connected to my account. Does it mean they now have access to my card?”
Was stunned to hear: “Oh, yes. Technically, yes.”
Coy explained that passengers who order food or drinks will be verified by their seat number before performing a transaction. But more often, COY says that air triplers make snack and half-flight snack purchases without realizing that they have a cost.
“Now, I think this lady was trying to scam -my money on my card? No,” Coy acknowledged. “But this is something that must be taken into account.”
“I fully support you if you don’t want to change seat,” he added. “You have the right to the seat you chose.”
Mitra Amirzadeh, a flight assistant, based in Orlando, agrees, unless there is, of course, a child.
“The next time you feel angry or frustrated so you don’t get the seat you want, you have to remind you that you did not pay to choose your seat. Otherwise, you would be there,” Amirzadeh headed for WSJ, scolding the jets trying to harass others in exchange of seats.
However, the inconvenience that refuses to give up their chairs to parents with young children can expect their anger.
“I said before,” OK, so do you go to see the child? “” He admitted. “You want your appetizers and color books, because they will need this.”
The simple suggestion that Curmudgeon could have to provide child care often triggers an immediate change of heart with regard to the seat switch.
